Burnz operates this store under the Burnz Lifestyle retail name. Slop Cannon is a merchandise line offered by this store. Our products are made to order and shipped directly to customers through Printful and its fulfillment and delivery partners. Contact burnzzzstock@gmail.com for help with your order.

Where we ship and what shipping costs

We currently accept orders for eligible United States delivery addresses. The destinations and services available for your particular items are shown at checkout. Please do not enter a different country or address to bypass an unavailable shipping option.

Shipping charges and any taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment. The charge depends on your address and the items in your cart. Products in different shipping groups can contribute separate charges to the checkout total. Any future international delivery will be limited to the destinations and services expressly offered at checkout.

Production, dispatch and delivery

Production takes place before carrier transit. Read the timing shown with your order: a carrier transit estimate alone does not include production. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date. Please contact us before ordering for a particular event.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, or within 30 days after a completed order when no shipment period was stated, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choice to accept the revised timing or cancel for a prompt refund. We will obtain any consent to further delay required by law. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund the affected payment promptly.

Separate packages and matching sets

Items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. A matching set includes only the pieces expressly identified in its listing. Individual shirts and shorts each include that item alone; styling garments, accessories and props are not included unless stated.

Your delivery details

Check your delivery address and contact details before paying. Email us immediately if they need correcting. We will try to make the change, but it might not be possible once processing starts. If an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel causes a return, we will explain the available options and obtain your agreement to any reshipping charge. We do not charge you to correct our own shipping error.

Tracking and delivery problems

We provide available tracking information when a shipment is created. A label or tracking number does not by itself mean the carrier has received the parcel; scans can take time to appear. Separate packages may have separate tracking links.

If your order is late, tracking stops progressing, or it is marked delivered but is missing, email us promptly. Check the address, safe delivery places, reception desk and anyone who may have accepted the parcel. Burnz Lifestyle will investigate with the carrier and fulfillment partner. A delivered scan does not automatically resolve every non-delivery claim.

Cross-border charges

If a shipment crosses a border, customs authorities or the carrier may assess duties, import taxes or handling charges not collected by the store. Any legally payable charges that are not included at checkout remain payable by the recipient. We do not promise duty-paid or tax-inclusive delivery unless expressly confirmed for that order.
