Products and descriptions

Review the selected size, color, artwork, materials, fit guidance and included pieces before ordering. Each item is made for the order. Garment measurements can have the tolerance stated in the product's size guide.

Digital mockups illustrate design placement; they are not photographs of a manufactured sample. Actual print colors may vary slightly because screens, printing and fabrics reproduce color differently. This does not excuse a material difference from the description or an incorrect item.

An individual shirt or shorts listing includes that item only. A matching-set listing includes both pieces only when the description expressly says so. Other garments, accessories and props used for styling are not included unless specified.

Prices, payment and order details

Use the price and currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment. Import charges that are not collected at checkout are explained in our shipping policy. Payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

Please provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may request reasonable clarification if an order appears incomplete, fraudulent or inconsistent. We will not ask you to email full card details or account passwords.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material pricing or description error, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute a different garment, color or design or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot supply the agreed order, we will refund the affected payment as required by law.

Production, delivery, cancellation and returns

Production and delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping & delivery policy and any specific estimate supplied with the order. An order may arrive in multiple shipments. If you need a change, contact us immediately; processing can begin quickly. Our Returns & refunds policy explains cancellations, faults, delivery issues and returns.

Using the store and its content

You may browse the store and use its content to decide whether to buy our products. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent orders. Brand names, artwork and other intellectual property remain with their respective rights holders. Store content is used on the basis of our own rights or applicable permission; its display does not claim ownership of third-party brands or artwork, including Slop Cannon. Do not reproduce displayed artwork for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder. Buying a physical product does not grant a license to reproduce its artwork.

Customer rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, withdrawal, delivery, privacy or payment disputes. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. You retain access to the courts, consumer authorities and other remedies available to you under applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or require you to waive mandatory protections where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms supplied when you made a purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. Please retain your order confirmation and a copy of the policies applicable to your order.
